Santanera Bali is looking for an experienced Senior Chef de Partie – Pastry to lead pastry production and deliver exceptional desserts, pastries, and baked creations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position at a restaurant or hotel
• Proven skills and knowledge relevant to pastry operations
• Good communication skills
• Trustworthy and a strong team player
• Available to join immediately

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pastry section operations
• Prepare and present high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods
• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards are maintained
• Assist in training and supporting junior kitchen team members
• Monitor stock levels and ensure proper ingredient storage
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards within the pastry section
• Collaborate with the culinary team to support smooth kitchen operations
