As a Front Office Staff, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, handling reservations and inquiries, and ensuring smooth front office operations. This role is ideal for someone who is service-oriented, professional, and passionate about hospitality.
Qualifications:
- Male
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle guest check-in and check-out processes
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns efficiently
- Manage reservations and maintain accurate guest records
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Provide information about villa facilities and services
- Support daily front office operations and maintain service standards
