Cocomo Canggu is looking for an experienced and motivated Floor Supervisor to lead the service team and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in the same position
• Good English communication and customer service skills
• Strong leadership qualities and ability to supervise a team
• Fast learner with strong adaptability skills
• Strong multitasking abilities and capable of performing well in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and team-oriented mindset
• Available to join immediately

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily floor operations and ensure smooth service flow
• Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
• Lead, motivate, and support service team members
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and service-related issues professionally
• Ensure service procedures and company standards are consistently followed
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and management teams to ensure efficient operations
• Monitor staff performance and assist with training when needed
