Tamora Group is looking for an experienced and motivated Bar Supervisor to join the pre-opening team at The Sphere Padel, Padang Linjong (Pre-Opening). This role is responsible for overseeing bar operations, ensuring service quality, and supporting the team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in bar or related hospitality roles
- Able to join immediately
- Flexible and able to handle different working situations
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Able to work well in a team or independently
- Disciplined, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Good English (spoken and written) is a plus
- Based in Bali
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily bar operations and ensure smooth service flow
- Maintain high standards of drink quality and service consistency
- Lead, guide, and support bar staff during operations
- Monitor stock, cleanliness, and bar readiness
- Handle guest requests and resolve service issues professionally
- Coordinate with other departments for efficient operations
- Assist in training and developing bar team members
- Support pre-opening setup and bar preparation
