Tamora Group is looking for an experienced and motivated Padel Attendant to join the pre-opening team at The Sphere Padel, Padang Linjong (Pre-Opening). This role is focused on supporting daily padel court operations, assisting guests, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable sports experience in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in related fields
- Able to join immediately
- Flexible and able to respond to different working situations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work well in a team or independently
- Disciplined and responsible
- Good English (spoken and written) is a plus
- Based in Bali
Responsibilities:
- Assist guests with padel court usage and inquiries
- Ensure courts and facilities are clean, safe, and ready for use
- Support daily operational flow of the padel area
- Help manage bookings and guest scheduling when needed
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth operations
- Support pre-opening preparation and daily setup
