Xiao Chu Bali is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Waitress to join our team and provide excellent service to our guests.

Qualifications:

• Female, aged 17–25 years old
• Minimum education of SMA/SMK or equivalent
• Not currently bound by school or college commitments
• Able to communicate in English
• Honest, disciplined, and responsible
• Able to work well in a team
• Friendly attitude and willing to learn

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Serve food and drinks according to company standards
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
• Assist with daily restaurant operational activities
