Accounting administration

Natura Resort & Spa is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Administration (Daily Worker) to support purchasing and administrative operations within our team.

Qualifications:

• Minimum High School graduate
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or administration is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and negotiation skills

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) based on approved Purchase Requests (PRs)
• Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers when required
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, and invoicing
• Monitor outstanding orders and follow up on pending deliveries
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier databases, contracts, and filing systems
• Verify purchase documents and ensure all supporting paperwork is complete
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with replenishment planning when needed
• Support supplier evaluations and maintain positive supplier relationships
• Prepare purchasing reports and summaries for management review
• Perform other administrative duties assigned by the Accounting Officer
