LataLiana Villas Seminyak is looking for a passionate and dedicated Butler to join our team and provide exceptional personalized service to our guests.

Qualifications:

• Young, smart, energetic, and innovative
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Disciplined, hardworking, and eager to learn
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Able to drive an automatic car (valid driving license/SIM is an advantage)
• Experience in Front Office is an advantage
• Physically fit and in good health

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized and professional service to guests throughout their stay
• Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and special requests
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Prepare guest rooms and amenities according to company standards
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Maintain accurate guest information and ensure confidentiality
• Uphold the property’s service standards and create memorable guest experiences
