FRii Resort Gili Trawangan is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Chief Engineering to lead our engineering team and ensure the efficient operation of all resort facilities and technical systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chief Engineer or 5 years as an Engineering Supervisor in a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment
• Strong knowledge of hotel engineering systems, including HVAC, electrical systems, generators, plumbing, water treatment systems (WTP/STP), fire safety systems, and swimming pool maintenance
• Proven experience in planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance programs
• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance reporting systems
• Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the engineering department to ensure smooth daily operations
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all resort facilities and equipment
• Ensure all engineering systems operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards and regulations
• Oversee the maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety systems, generators, WTP/STP, and swimming pool facilities
• Manage engineering budgets, maintenance schedules, and spare parts inventory
• Coordinate with other departments to support operational needs and enhance guest satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Prepare engineering reports and provide recommendations for continuous operational improvements
