Manara Management is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Account Receivable (AR) to join our growing team and support our mission of delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an Account Receivable or related position, preferably in the hospitality or property management industry
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
• Honest, responsible, and deadline-oriented

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue invoices to guests, corporate clients, and OTA partners
• Monitor incoming payments and follow up on outstanding balances
• Reconcile payments received from banks and online travel agents (OTAs)
• Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and aging reports
• Prepare AR reports and assist with month-end closing activities
• Coordinate with other departments regarding billing, collections, and payment matters
• Ensure all accounts receivable transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner
