Cocomo Canggu is looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Waitress to join our front-of-house team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in the same position
• Good English communication skills and excellent customer service abilities
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to guide junior team members
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly
• Strong multitasking skills and able to perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Available to join immediately

Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional and attentive food and beverage service to guests
• Welcome guests, take orders accurately, and ensure a smooth dining experience
• Support and guide junior service staff during daily operations
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure efficient service
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the dining area
• Ensure service standards and company SOPs are consistently followed
