Umalas Suites is looking for an experienced and motivated Operation Supervisor to join our team and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our property.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position or at a Supervisor level in a hotel or villa
• Good command of English, both spoken and written
• Strong understanding of hotel/villa operations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to implement preventive measures
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to lead, manage, and motivate a team effectively
• Adaptable, proactive, and able to perform well in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily hotel and villa operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance
• Ensure all departments comply with company standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Lead, coach, and motivate operational team members to achieve high performance
• Handle guest concerns and operational issues promptly and professionally
• Monitor service quality and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction
• Coordinate with all departments to ensure seamless daily operations
• Identify operational risks and implement preventive and corrective actions
• Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
