Santanera Bali is looking for an experienced and passionate Floor Supervisor to join our team in Canggu.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 – 2 year of experience in the same position at a restaurant or hotel.
• Proven skill and knowledge relevant to the role.
• Available to join immediately.
• Good communication in English.
• Based in Bali.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily restaurant floor operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Lead, motivate, and support the front-of-house team in delivering outstanding guest experiences
• Ensure service standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are consistently followed
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service operations
• Monitor staff performance and assist with training and team development
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness of the dining area
• Prepare daily operational reports and assist management in achieving service and business goals
