Assistant chief engineering

The One Boutique Villa & Spa Seminyak is looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Chief Engineering to join our Engineering team.

Qualifications:

Male, maximum 45 years old
Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position within a 5-star hotel or luxury villa
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering
Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil Engineering systems (MEP)
Strong leadership skills with excellent attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work effectively in a team
Computer literate
Able to join immediately
Highly motivated and able to work effectively under pressure

Responsibilities:

Assist the Chief Engineer in managing daily engineering operations and maintenance activities
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil systems
Ensure all engineering facilities and equipment operate safely and efficiently
Supervise and support the engineering team while maintaining high performance standards
Coordinate maintenance schedules with other departments to minimize operational disruptions
Monitor maintenance records, equipment performance, and engineering inventory
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and engineering standards
Assist in preparing engineering reports, budgets, and improvement plans for management
