Mamasan Bali is looking for a friendly and professional Hostess to join our team in Seminyak.

Qualifications:
- Relevant experience as a Hostess or in a similar role within the restaurant industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Committed to excellence and maintaining high service standards
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly and create a positive first impression upon arrival
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and table assignments efficiently
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus in a professional manner
- Coordinate with the restaurant floor team to ensure smooth guest flow and seating arrangements
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints courteously and professionally
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas
- Ensure excellent customer service while following company service standards and procedures
