Sithala Villa Seminyak is looking for a friendly and professional Front Office Staff to join our team in Seminyak.

Qualifications:

• Male candidate preferred
• Able to communicate clearly and politely with guests, both in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Friendly, helpful, and attentive to guest needs at all times.
• Able to work well with other staff and maintain a positive work environment.
• Trustworthy and dedicated to maintaining villa standards.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and provide professional front office services
• Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a courteous and timely manner
• Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest records accurately
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
• Process payments and maintain accurate administrative documentation
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
• Deliver exceptional guest service while upholding the villa’s hospitality standards
