Sachi Guest House is looking for a friendly and service-oriented Front Office Staff to join our team in Jimbaran.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience in the same position (preferred in hospitality industry)
• Good attitude, honest, and responsible
• Well-groomed, polite, and has a strong service-oriented mindset
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and Basic English
• Able to work in a team and under pressure
• Willing to learn, flexible, and have attention to detail
• Willing to work in a shift system

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
• Manage reservations, guest records, and payment transactions accurately
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional Front Office area
• Ensure all guest information is recorded accurately and kept confidential
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining the property’s hospitality standards
