Blue Mountains Bali is looking for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join our culinary team in Kintamani.

Requirements:

• Good personality with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Honest, detail-oriented, and responsible
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Good understanding of food cost control and kitchen inventory management
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position
• Able to join immediately

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present menu items according to recipes and company standards
• Manage and supervise the assigned kitchen section to ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and portion control
• Monitor stock levels and support food cost control by minimizing waste
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
• Train and support junior kitchen staff when required
• Coordinate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and all workstations
