Bali Realty Holiday Villas Management currently oversees 50 villas across Bali and is seeking a potential candidate to join the team as a Butler. The ideal candidate is guest-service oriented, detail-focused, and able to provide attentive service in a professional villa environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 years experience at the same position.
• Good English both oral & written.
• Guest Service oriented.
• Honest & Attention to detail.
• Good communication skill.
• Good team player.
• Able work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and provide personalized butler service throughout their stay
• Prepare and serve simple breakfast according to guest preferences and company standards
• Assist guests with requests, inquiries, and special arrangements professionally and efficiently
• Ensure villas are well-prepared, clean, and fully equipped before guest arrival
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas and butler equipment
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver exceptional hospitality at all times
• Uphold company service standards and contribute to creating memorable guest experiences
