Cocomo Canggu is looking for a talented and experienced Pastry Bakery Chef to join our team in Canggu.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in the same position
• Good English communication skills and customer service mindset
• Strong leadership qualities and ability to lead the pastry team
• Fast learner with strong adaptability skills
• Excellent multitasking abilities and able to perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Available to join immediately

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and produce a variety of pastries, breads, desserts, and baked products according to company standards
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all pastry and bakery products
• Develop and maintain recipes while monitoring food quality and freshness
• Supervise daily pastry kitchen operations and support junior team members when required
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the pastry kitchen
• Monitor inventory levels and minimize product waste through effective stock management
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations and timely product availability
• Contribute creative ideas for new pastry and bakery menu offerings
