Onyx Park Resort Ubud is looking for an experienced and dedicated Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Ubud.

As a Housekeeping Manager, you will lead the housekeeping department and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and operational excellence throughout the resort.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Familiar with housekeeping operational systems and procedures
- Fluent in English
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are consistently maintained
- Lead, train, motivate, and supervise the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to ensure compliance with resort standards
- Monitor housekeeping inventory, linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies to ensure efficient stock management
- Coordinate closely with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and housekeeping-related concerns professionally and efficiently
- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures that enhance operational efficiency and service quality
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, safety, and sanitation standards throughout the department
