Event sales & Sponsor (project based)

Dyandra Promosindo is looking for a motivated and results-driven Event Sales & Sponsor (Project Based) to join our team.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Sales, Partnership, Sponsorship, internships, or student organizations is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online collaboration tools
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Strong business proposal writing and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop sponsorship, partnership, and exhibitor opportunities for company projects and events
• Conduct prospecting, pitching, presentations, negotiations, and follow-up activities with potential clients and partners
• Prepare professional sponsorship proposals and partnership presentation materials
• Manage the sales pipeline, client database, and all related sales administration activities
• Coordinate sponsorship deliverables with internal teams to ensure successful project execution
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, partners, and exhibitors
• Contribute to achieving project revenue targets and prepare regular sales performance reports
