Miss Fish Bali is looking for a visionary and experienced Creative Manager to join our team in Canggu.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Creative, Branding, or Marketing, preferably within the hospitality, lifestyle, or entertainment industry
• Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills
• Proficient in utilizing AI tools, digital platforms, and emerging technologies to support creative ideation, branding, and campaign development
• Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of creative projects, branding initiatives, and event campaigns
• Ensure all creative materials consistently align with the company’s brand identity and visual standards
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality creative outputs on time
• Develop innovative creative concepts that strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement
• Manage creative workflows, timelines, and project priorities effectively
• Monitor creative performance and recommend improvements based on campaign objectives and business goals
