Qualifications:
- Female, aged 20–35 years
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Spa Therapist
- Certified in massage and body treatments (required)
- Good English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage)
- Well-groomed, customer-oriented, and positive attitude
- Passionate about wellness and delivering exceptional guest service
Skills & experience:
Proficient in one or more of the following treatments:
- Balinese Massage
- Aromatherapy Massage
- Thai Massage
- Deep Tissue / Sports Massage
- Hot Stone Massage
- Body Scrub & Body Wrap
- Foot Reflexology
- Facial treatments (an advantage)
- Good understanding of essential oils and natural ingredients
- Strong awareness of hygiene standards and professionalism
Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional spa treatments based on guest needs and company standards
- Create a relaxing and memorable wellness experience for every guest
- Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and work areas in excellent condition
- Ensure proper hygiene, safety, and cleanliness at all times
- Recommend suitable treatments and wellness products when appropriate
- Work closely with the spa team to provide outstanding guest service
