Praia Beach Club is looking for a passionate Barista to join our Pre-Opening Team in Nusa Dua.

We’re creating one of Bali’s most welcoming beach coffee experiences, opening in September 2026 at Pandawa Beach, Bali.

Qualifications:

• Passion for coffee and people
• Friendly, confident, and authentic personality
• Enjoy creating memorable guest experiences
• Positive attitude, calm under pressure, and team-oriented
• English-speaking preferred

Responsibilities:

• Craft exceptional coffee and espresso-based beverages with consistency and care
• Create beautiful latte art and deliver high-quality beverage presentations
• Welcome every guest with a warm smile and genuine hospitality
• Build personal connections by remembering guests’ names and favorite orders
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and service area
• Support daily café operations and work closely with the team to deliver outstanding service
• Help build and grow Praia’s coffee community through memorable guest experiences
