Radha Property and Development is looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our team in Kuta.

Qualifications:

Male/Female, maximum 30 years old
Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience as a Social Media Specialist or Content Creator
Creative, proactive, and up to date with the latest social media trends
Proficient in Canva, CapCut, and social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
Able to create engaging photo and video content
Basic copywriting and content editing skills
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team

Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and publish engaging content across the company’s social media platforms
Produce creative photo and video content that aligns with the company’s branding and marketing objectives
Write compelling captions and assist with content editing
Monitor social media performance and recommend improvements based on trends and analytics
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and social media trends
Collaborate with internal teams to support promotional campaigns and company events
Maintain consistency in brand identity across all social media channels
