The Mango Tree Uluwatu is looking for a Waitress to join our team in Uluwatu.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the same position
• Good command of English with excellent customer service skills
• Open-minded, proactive, innovative, and a team player
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly
• Available to join immediately

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly, professional service throughout their dining experience
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them efficiently
• Explain menu items and provide recommendations when needed
• Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and ready for guests
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar team to ensure timely and accurate service
• Handle guest requests and resolve concerns professionally
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and follow restaurant service standards at all times
