The Mango Tree Uluwatu is looking for a Demi Chef de Partie to join our team in Uluwatu.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the same position
• Strong leadership skills
• Open-minded, proactive, innovative, and a team player
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly
• Available to join immediately

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Chef de Partie in managing daily kitchen operations within the assigned section
• Prepare and present dishes according to company recipes and quality standards
• Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation
• Supervise and support junior kitchen staff during daily operations
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with kitchen procedures
• Monitor stock levels and report ingredient requirements when necessary
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service
