The Artini Dijiwa Ubud is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team in Ubud.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related position
• Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written
• Well-groomed, disciplined, and responsible
• Strong personality with a positive attitude and excellent teamwork spirit
• Able to work independently and perform well under pressure
• Strong time management skills with a service-oriented mindset

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
• Ensure high standards of guest service and customer satisfaction
• Supervise, motivate, and support the restaurant team during daily operations
• Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally
• Monitor operational standards, cleanliness, and compliance with company SOPs
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring
• Support inventory control and operational reporting as required
