Sales executive

Moritz Biz Gandaria is urgently looking for a Sales Executive (SE) to join our team in Jakarta.

Qualifications:

• Minimum graduate from a Hotel Vocational High School or Bachelor’s Degree from a university or hotel academy
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within a 3-star or 4-star hotel chain
• Target-oriented with a strong customer database in Government, Social Event, and Corporate segments
• Familiar with the Jakarta market and local business practices
• Familiar with Power PRO Property Management System
• Mature, disciplined, friendly, energetic, and in good health
• Fluent in English with strong leadership, communication, and administrative skills
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Government, Corporate, and Social Event markets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective sales strategies
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and regular sales reports
• Coordinate with the Operations and Front Office teams to ensure excellent service delivery for clients
• Maintain accurate client records and sales activities within the company’s systems
