Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same role
• Strong background in Room Division operations
• Proficient in the VHP System, with practical experience required
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Hands-on approach to daily hotel operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Disciplined, hardworking, and eager to learn
• Available to join immediately

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the hotel to ensure smooth and efficient performance
• Lead, supervise, and motivate department teams to achieve operational excellence
• Maintain high standards of guest service and promptly resolve guest concerns
• Monitor Room Division operations to maximize guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Coordinate with department heads to achieve business and operational objectives
• Monitor budgets, operational performance, and implement improvements where necessary
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and continuous development
