Hotel Tentrem Jakarta is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team in Jakarta.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a 5-star hotel
• A visionary professional who is technology-savvy with excellent office administration, communication, and analytical skills
• Familiar with all aspects of hotel operations

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily sales activities and provide administrative support to the Sales team
• Prepare proposals, contracts, reports, and other sales-related documentation accurately and on time
• Maintain and update client records, sales databases, and account information
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of client requirements and events
• Assist in developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Monitor sales activities and prepare regular performance reports for management
• Support the Sales team in achieving departmental goals and business targets
• Ensure all sales processes comply with company standards and operational procedures
