Sagara Candidasa is looking for an E-commerce professional to join our team in Candi Dasa.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the same position
• Familiar with and knowledgeable in using channel managers and OTA extranets
• Proficient in English
• Good personality, creative, and willing to learn
• A good team player who is reliable and highly responsible
• Able to work independently as well as as part of a team

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain hotel listings across online travel agencies (OTAs)
• Monitor room availability, rates, restrictions, and inventory across OTA platforms
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date information across all online distribution channels
• Operate and monitor the channel manager and OTA extranets effectively
• Assist in managing online bookings and resolving reservation-related issues
• Monitor online performance and identify opportunities to improve sales and visibility
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure accurate room and rate information
• Support the team in maintaining smooth and efficient e-commerce operations
