Nuju Uluwatu is looking for a Cost Control professional to join our team in Uluwatu.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Good knowledge of cost control, inventory management, and basic accounting
• Familiarity with the VHP Hotel System is preferred
• Good analytical and numerical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently as well as as part of a team
• Good command of English is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control daily operational costs to support efficient financial management
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, purchases, and stock movements
• Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stock reconciliation
• Prepare cost control reports and provide accurate data for management review
• Coordinate with relevant departments regarding purchasing, receiving, and inventory matters
• Identify discrepancies in inventory and costs and assist in resolving them
• Maintain organized financial and inventory documentation
