Zia Tina Bali is looking for a Commis Pastry / Bakery to join our team in Seminyak.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in pastry or bakery is preferred
• Good attention to detail, hygiene, and consistency
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Available to join immediately

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing pastry and bakery products according to established recipes and standards
• Support the pastry team with daily preparation and production
• Ensure ingredients are properly prepared, measured, and stored
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the pastry and bakery area
• Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
• Assist with decorating, plating, and finishing pastry and bakery products as required
• Ensure consistency in the quality, appearance, and portioning of products
• Support the pastry team in maintaining smooth and efficient daily operations
