Guest relation officer

Townsquare Group is looking for a Guest Relation Officer to join our team in Seminyak.

Townsquare Group is seeking a friendly and professional hospitality individual to support its growing operations in Bali. The ideal candidate has strong communication and customer service skills, a proactive attitude, and a genuine commitment to creating positive guest experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Guest Relations or Front Office.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Friendly, polite, and well-presented.
  • Able to handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Able to work well in a team.
  • Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
  • Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and available activities
  • Build positive relationships with guests and ensure their needs are attended to throughout their stay
  • Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure smooth guest services
  • Follow up on guest requests and concerns to ensure satisfactory resolution
  • Maintain accurate guest information and relevant Guest Relations records
  • Support the team in maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction and service quality
