Townsquare Group is seeking an experienced and service-oriented Spa Therapist to join a new wellness club in Bali. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in massage techniques, attentive to client needs, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and personalized care.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience
- Knowledge of popular massage techniques
- Cleanliness and neat appearance
- Kind and respectful attitude towards clients
- Basic English communication skills
- Maximum age of 45 years
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional massage services while ensuring client comfort, safety, and adherence to wellness standards
- Assess clients’ needs and preferences and recommend appropriate massage techniques and therapies
- Maintain the hygiene and cleanliness of massage rooms, equipment, and tools
- Create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for every client
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through attentive and personalized service
- Maintain accurate records of client sessions and monitor treatment progress
- Coordinate with management regarding scheduling, client feedback, and special requests
