Townsquare Group is looking for a General Cashier to join our team in Seminyak.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent field
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in the General Cashier field
• Able to work under deadlines, multitask, and demonstrate strong analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of basic formulas, PivotTables, and VLOOKUP is an advantage
• Skilled in using Microsoft Excel and the VHP system is preferred
• Responsible for receiving, counting, storing, and depositing cash from the GRO
• Able to reconcile daily cash deposit reports from GRO with actual cash and system records
• Able to safely store cash in the safe deposit box according to security policies and procedures
• Able to prepare and perform bank deposits twice a week, every Tuesday and Friday
• Able to use VHP and Excel for recording and balancing transactions
• Able to prepare bank cash documents for external audit purposes
• Able to verify payment documents and prepare payment vouchers
• Maintains confidentiality and demonstrates integrity in cash management
• Able to complete bank cash and deposit reconciliations accurately and on time
• Proactive in identifying solutions and reporting discrepancies or shortages to superiors
• Willing to strictly adhere to cash handling procedures and business process standards

Responsibilities:

• Receive, count, record, and securely store cash received from the GRO
• Reconcile daily cash deposit reports with actual cash amounts and system records
• Safely store cash in the safe deposit box according to established security procedures
• Prepare and complete bank deposits twice a week, every Tuesday and Friday
• Record and balance cash transactions accurately using VHP and Microsoft Excel
• Prepare bank cash documentation and supporting records for external audit requirements
• Verify payment documents and prepare payment vouchers accurately
• Maintain accurate cash and deposit reconciliations while promptly reporting any discrepancies or shortages to superiors
