Gooseberry Intimates is looking for a Customer Service (Remote Only) professional to join our team in Uluwatu.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.
• Comfortable using online communication tools (email, chat).
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
• High level of professionalism, patience, and empathy.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, and other online communication channels
• Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and provide appropriate solutions
• Follow up on customer requests to ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and relevant customer inquiries
• Maintain clear and professional communication with customers at all times
• Record and manage customer interactions and relevant information accurately
• Coordinate with relevant teams when customer issues require further assistance
• Manage daily customer service tasks efficiently while maintaining high service standards
