Terra Spa & Wellness Seminyak is looking for a Spa Receptionist to join our team in Seminyak.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality or front desk
• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written
• Presentable, well-groomed, and confident
• Comfortable using reservation systems and knowledgeable about spa services
• Welcoming, positive, and service-oriented attitude
• Genuine passion for wellness, beauty, and guest care

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
• Handle spa reservations and assist guests with bookings and scheduling
• Provide accurate information about spa services, treatments, and facilities
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests with a friendly and service-oriented approach
• Assist with check-in and other front desk procedures as required
• Coordinate with spa therapists and relevant team members to ensure smooth guest experiences
• Maintain accurate reservation and guest information
