K-Club Ubud is looking for a Spa Supervisor to join our team in Ubud.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a Spa or Wellness environment, preferably in a luxury hotel/resort
• Previous experience in a supervisory or Spa Trainer position
• Strong knowledge of spa treatments, products, and service standards
• Good leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong attention to detail
• Able to train and coach Spa Therapists
• Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily spa operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Lead, coordinate, and support the Spa Therapist team in delivering high-quality treatments
• Monitor service standards and ensure treatments are performed according to established procedures
• Train and coach Spa Therapists to improve their technical skills and service performance
• Provide guidance and motivation to team members to maintain high levels of professionalism
• Monitor guest feedback and assist in handling guest requests or concerns professionally
• Ensure spa treatment rooms, equipment, and products are maintained according to hygiene and quality standards
• Coordinate with management and relevant departments to support overall spa operations and guest satisfaction
