K-Club Ubud is looking for a marketing communication executive

K-Club is a luxury resort with 30 serviced villas, ranging from 2 to 5 bedrooms. Each villa offers stunning views of lush jungles, scenic paddy fields, and manicured gardens. Designed for comfort and elegance, K-Club blends modern luxury with traditional charm, ensuring a serene and unforgettable stay. We are looking for some great candidates to fill the vacant position as follows:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Marketing Communications or a similar role; hospitality experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva) is an advantage.
• Creative, detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all marketing materials comply with the company’s brand standards.
• Coordinate the production of promotional materials, brochures, menus, banners, and other collateral.
• Manage the hotel’s social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
• Maintain updated resort information across all digital platforms.
• Assist in influencer stays, and photo/video shoots.
• Assist departments with communication materials when required.
• Maintain marketing asset library and photo database.
• Assist in organizing resort events, product launches, and promotional activities.

Location : Jalan Raya Cebok, Desa Kedisan Kecamatan Tegallalang – Gianyar.
