Buzo Bali is looking for a Sous Chef to join our team in Seminyak.

Responsibilities:
- Support the Chef in managing daily kitchen operations
- Assist in preparing and executing menu items according to established standards
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff during preparation and service
- Maintain consistent food quality, presentation, and portion standards
- Monitor kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety procedures
- Assist with stock management and ensure proper use of kitchen ingredients
- Support training and development of kitchen team members
- Coordinate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth and efficient service
