Pronoia Lifestyle Community is looking for an Engineering professional to join our team in Jimbaran.

Qualifications:

• Experience in engineering or maintenance
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and building maintenance
• Able to identify and handle basic technical problems
• Responsible and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit and able to work efficiently
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections of electrical, plumbing, and building facilities
• Identify and handle basic technical issues and maintenance requirements
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance to ensure facilities remain functional
• Monitor the condition of property equipment and promptly report major issues
• Support preventive maintenance activities to minimize equipment breakdowns
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-functioning environment throughout the property
• Coordinate with relevant team members or external technicians when specialized repairs are required
• Follow safety procedures and maintenance standards during all tasks
