Koa Shala Spa is looking for a Spa Manager to join our team in Sanur.

Qualifications:

• Female
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the spa industry
• Proven leadership and comprehensive operational team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Able to work flexible hours in a dynamic spa operation
• Able to lead and inspire a diverse team
• Proficient in Spa Management Software (SMS) and computer skills
• Honest, responsible, and well-organized
• Experience with inventory management, staff scheduling, and revenue management is preferred
• Extensive knowledge of spa treatments and industry trends is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily spa operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and professional service delivery
• Lead, manage, and motivate the spa team to achieve operational and service standards
• Develop staff schedules and coordinate staffing requirements according to business needs
• Monitor guest satisfaction and maintain strong customer relationships
• Ensure spa treatments and services are delivered consistently according to established standards
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate purchasing requirements to support daily operations
• Monitor revenue performance and support effective revenue management
• Ensure the spa maintains high standards of cleanliness, organization, and professionalism
• Stay informed about spa treatments, wellness developments, and industry trends to support continuous improvement
