Madawa Bali is looking for a Bartender (Daily Worker) to join our team in Benoa.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related position
• Able to join immediately
• Hands-on team player with a positive attitude
• Smart worker, disciplined, and responsible

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and service standards
• Ensure drinks are presented consistently and professionally
• Take and process guest orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, equipment, and workstations
• Monitor bar stock and communicate inventory requirements to the relevant team
• Provide friendly and attentive service to guests
• Follow hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures at all times
• Work closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth daily operations
