Cook – hot & cold sections

Soma Ubud is looking for a Cook – Hot & Cold Sections to join our Pre Opening Team in Ubud.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience
• Willing to learn and adapt to the established preparation system
• Able to work across both hot and cold kitchen sections

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items in the hot section, including grill and wok stations
• Prepare cold-section items such as bowls, salads, and rolls
• Support morning and evening kitchen operations
• Prepare ingredients and maintain proper mise en place for each service
• Ensure food quality, consistency, portioning, and presentation meet established standards
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across assigned kitchen areas
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service
