The Lair Restaurant is looking for a Cook (DW) to join our team in Ubud.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in the same position
• Strong attention to detail
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Reliable and responsible
• Willing to work for one shift only
• Available to join immediately

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food according to established recipes and standards
• Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation
• Prepare ingredients and maintain an organized workstation
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures
• Monitor food preparation and ensure orders are completed accurately
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas
• Coordinate effectively with other kitchen team members during service
• Manage tasks efficiently to ensure smooth kitchen operations
