Kiara Ocean Place is looking for a Guest Service Agent (Trainee) to join our team in Canggu.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Vocational High School (SMK), Diploma, or Bachelor’s program in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Fast learner with strong motivation to learn and develop
• Effective communication skills
• Able to communicate in English, both spoken and written
• Available to join immediately

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Support guest check-in and check-out procedures
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local surroundings
• Assist with guest reservations and basic administrative tasks
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest service operations
• Maintain accurate guest information and daily records
• Follow established guest service procedures and hospitality standards
