We are looking for motivated waiters / butlers to join our team at Hidden Gem, the signature restaurant of Hidden Hills Villas, a family-owned boutique luxury villa resort. Our resort is a proud member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World, affiliated with Hilton.
The role:
We are looking for a passionate waiter / butler with a keen interest in fine dining and wine. This entry-level role offers the potential to grow into a junior sommelier or even a butler position. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests enjoy a seamless dining experience, with opportunities to expand your knowledge in wine and fine dining cuisine.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver food orders to tables and villas promptly and accurately.
- Ensure all dishes are presented to guests in perfect condition.
- Support the kitchen and service teams in maintaining a clean and organized dining environment.
- Learn about our menu and wine offerings, assisting guests with food and beverage orders
Qualifications:
- A genuine interest in wine, fine dining, and farm-to-table cuisine.
- Strong communication and salesmanship skills, with the ability to up-sell and recommend menu items confidently.
- Ability to work well in a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Good conversational English skills, with a willingness to improve.
